Sitting/Dining room

The sitting / dining room covers most of the ground floor.  At one end is a large fireplace with an old bread oven and there is now a Jotul wood burner installed.  There are the usual gadgets of modern living (telephone, television, video / DVD players and music system).  At the other end of the room is a dining table that seats six very comfortably and more if needed, using chairs/stools from around the house.

There is a French door to a small lawn, which has superb views of the head of the creek: the place to sit and watch the world go by….
